Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and JPMorgan Chase are creating a healthcare company.

Announced earlier this morning, the tech giant and financial kings are partnering to tackle what Warren Buffett calls “the ballooning costs of health care acting as a hungry tapeworm on the American economy”. Their initial focuses will be on improving technology to simplify the health care system and creating a better health care experience for the three companies’ collective 1.1 million U.S. workers and their families.
