Minimum Franchise Requirements

General Liability  $1M each Occurrence/$2M Aggregate or greater 
Workers Compensation & Employer’s Liability  Statutory Limits; Employers Liability limits – each accident/occupational disease/disease greater than or equal to $1M 
Auto Liability  Combined single limit of $1M or greater; must include hired and non-owned auto liability coverage 
Fitness Professional Liability  $1M each Claim/$1M Aggregate or greater 
Sexual Abuse  $100k each Occurrence/$300k Aggregate or greater 
Employment Practices Liability  Annual Aggregate must be greater than or equal to $250k 
Cyber Liability  Each Occurrence must be greater than or equal to $250k 
Property  Business Interruption and Extra Expense must be greater than or equal to 75%; Utility Services Direct Damage and Business must be greater or equal to $25k
