Coming January 1, 2021, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will introduce 21 new ICD-10 procedure codes for Covid-19, including vaccines, and Medicare Severity Diagnosis Related Groups (MS-DRGs) for six Covid-19 ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
Newer CPT codes and Medicare payment allowances for vaccines and monocolonal antibodies are also ready.
