After parking, walk towards the ballpark and go up the stairs to the left of Gate A. Proceed around the outside of the ballpark to Gate B.

Directions from I-25

  • Take the Park Ave exit and head east on Park Ave.
  • Stay in the far-left lane on Park Avenue and turn left at Wazee Street. You will see the stadium on your right side.
  • Proceed through the next stoplight into the Lot A parking area.
  • At the base of the ramp, make a left turn and drive toward Coors Field.
  • On non-game days, the disabled parking is not enforced ~ please park as close to the stadium as possible.

Todd Mitchem, or Mitch as he is called, is all about mixing psychology, tech smarts, and a big dose of fun into the workplace. As the head of HIVE Interactive, he’s not your typical CEO. Todd’s been around the block, turning his passion for understanding people and technology into real-world solutions that make workplaces better. OR as they say at the HIVE, Where The Human Element Meets Technological Evolution, We Engage. 

His extensive background in developing startups, his over 20 years in the HR and Learning and Development Space, his background in engagement with audiences and his passion for understanding human behavior have empowered him to craft talks that are not just informative, but also interactive and enjoyable. Mitch’s presentations are known for their energetic delivery, practical insights, and the unique way they engage audiences, ensuring that every participant leaves with valuable knowledge they can apply in their roles.  

At the IMA Summit, Todd will share his insights on leveraging AI and ChatGPT-type tools to enrich workplace connections and culture, emphasizing the importance of keeping the human element at the forefront of HR practices. Expect a blend of professional wisdom, actionable strategies, and engaging storytelling that bridges the gap between people and technology.

Session topic: Tenacity and the T.W.I.S.T.E.D METHOD of  Business

Jay Jay French is most famous for his role as the founding member and one of the guitarists of the heavy metal band Twisted Sister. Since his first performances with Twisted Sister, French has played more than 9000 concert performances. As a guitar player, manager, producer, and executive producer, French has sold over 20 million albums and performed in 34 countries. Jay Jay was inducted into the 2023 Metal Hall of Fame and serves two prostate cancer organizations, Zero Prostate Cancer and Fans for the Cure. Jay Jay’s track record of success at every level of the music industry gives him a unique perspective on business, which he now shares as a columnist for numerous publications and as a motivational speaker.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER | Dr. Elizabeth Ramey 

Principal Economist, Legislative Council Staff 

Colorado Legislative Council 

Session topic: Economic Update

Dr. Elizabeth A. Ramey is an economist with over 20 years of experience in the policy realm, in the classroom, on the trading floor, as a statistical researcher, and as a farm owner. She is principal economist and demographic analyst for the Colorado Legislative Council Staff, specializing in labor markets, agriculture, income tax, and TABOR, as well as legislative impacts on demographic disparities. Prior to joining Legislative Council Staff in 2019, Dr. Ramey was associate professor of economics at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, where her research, teaching, and writing focused on food and agriculture, and consultant on trade and gender for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva, Switzerland.    

Dr. Ramey will share insights on Colorado’s economy, with a focus on the near- and medium-term labor market outlook.

Laura Earley has been in the Employee Benefits field for nearly 30 years, managing benefit plans for such companies as CH2M, Sports Authority, Graebel, and KinderCare Learning Centers.  She has harnessed that knowledge from the corporate world and, as an Account Executive with IMA Financial Group, works in the Public Sector industry to bring thoughtful business solutions and excellent customer service to her clients. 

In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Regis University, Laura also holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.   

Laura has been a local and national speaker on a variety of benefits-related topics, including health, wellness, employee engagement and Unlimited PTO.  In 2023, she published an article, “The Practical Application of a 4-Day Workweek” in both Benefits Magazine and Benefits Quarterly.

Session topic: Making Paychecks More Valuable for Everyone

Jervis DiCicco is the CEO and Co-Founder of ProsperBridge, a Public Benefit Corporation that helps employers and employees close the growing gap between income and the outcomes people need and want. 

Jervis’s ultimate goal is to help redesign work to be an activity that empowers well-being instead of extracting it.  He spent over 13 years and earned eight securities and insurance licenses and designations working with individuals, families, and businesses to create custom retirement plans, financial and risk management strategies, and optimize tax advantages.  Through personal and professional trials–including struggling through his own medical debt, divorce, and home foreclosure–Jervis learned how the financial system is failing nearly everybody and researched solutions on how to build a model that would empower more people to thrive. 

He is a Toastmasters Champion, Go-Giver, soccer coach, and former radio show host.  He lives with his wife and two boys in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Brooke is an ERISA Attorney with over 20 years of experience working with qualified and nonqualified plan matters. Prior to joining Harlowe & Falk, Brooke was in-house ERISA counsel for Definiti, a nationwide third-party administration (TPA) firm, serving over 5,000 clients. Prior to starting her law career, Brooke was a partner and Vice President of Pension Services at Retirement Planning Services, Inc. (a TPA firm located in Denver, CO); her roles there included retirement plan design, ERISA consultant, and vendor and relationship management with recordkeepers, investment advisors, auditors, and actuaries. 

Brooke provides clients with guidance on plan design considerations, operational compliance, fiduciary responsibilities, legislative and regulatory changes, and industry trends.

Session topic: Navigating Pharmacy Cost Trends: Strategies for Staying in the Goldilocks Zone

Alex Hall is the Managing Consultant at The Prism Health Group, leading national accounts as one of the firm’s senior strategists. His deep experience within the pharmacy, payor, healthcare, and account management space allows him to guide clients, develop solutions, and deploy actionable plans that support clients in achieving their most complex and critical goals as plan sponsors. 

Prior to joining Prism in 2022, Alex served as the Sr. Director of Account Management at Elixir Rx Solutions (A Rite Aid company and national pharmacy benefit manager) where he was responsible for leading account management for the commercial third-party administrator and coalition division since 2021. He also held numerous other senior roles at Elixir including Senior Account Executive and Strategic Account Executive for the company’s hospital and national account segment. During his time at Elixir, he accomplished many significant outcomes for both clients and the company including launching new pharmacy network strategies, specialty solution products, development of the PBM’s 340B strategy for in-house pharmacy clients, and helping plan sponsors reduce their pharmacy spend by millions of dollars annually while maintaining member satisfaction.  

Alex earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University Southeast, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Honors, and currently resides in Louisville Kentucky with his beloved Dalmatian Ella; otherwise known to us folks here at Prism by her nickname, Spots.

Chris’ focus at Prism is to foster and develop new client relationships with brokers, consultants, TPA’s Health Plans, PBM’s, etc. For over 17 years, Chris has developed and empowered relationships within the PBM and healthcare industries. 

Chris’ focus on TPA pharmacy relationships and commercial/state governments, has made him effective in managing pharmacy benefits within that space. His high-touch customer service approach and putting the client’s needs at the forefront are what truly set him apart within the marketplace. 

Chris started his healthcare career at Navitus Health Solutions where he learned the basics and ins and outs of how a pharmacy benefit manager truly operates. During his 10-year tenure, Chris had worked his way up the Account Management department taking on complex clients such as State Governments, Hospital/Health Systems, Managed Care, and TPA pharmacy relationships. 

Before joining Prism, Chris served as the Director of Prescription Solutions at EBMS, LLC where he managed all PBM relationships within the TPA. Chris was also responsible for developing the PBM strategy for those clients who utilized the TPA’s preferred PBM relationships. His understanding of both a fully pass-through and traditional model makes him an ideal advocate for those seeking the right PBM partners. 

Chris earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and his master’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI. Chris also is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and lives and works out of Salt Lake City, UT.
