Previously, SueAnn Schultz served as the Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Counsel and Secretary for IMA Financial Group. As CAO, she managed the enterprise risk, legal and licensing operations for IMA and provided strategic advice on all matters that affect IMA, including securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory analysis and compliance, contract management, litigation supervision, corporate employee benefit, retirement and perpetuation plans.
SueAnn obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University in 1983 and her BA from Bethany College in 1980. Prior to joining IMA in 1997, SueAnn served as Senior VP, General Counsel and Secretary for twelve years at NationsBank-Kansas.
