Bob Reiter - President: IMA, Inc. 

Bob Reiter is President of IMA, Inc., overseeing offices in Denver, Wichita, Kansas City and Dallas, as well as IMA subsidiaries Eydent, Signature Select LLC, TrueNorth and Towerstone. He also serves on the Board of The IMA Financial Group, Inc.

Bob graduated from Wartburg College with Bachelors Degrees in Business Administration and Economics.

Bob's insurance experience includes over 10 years of underwriting and underwriting management. He joined IMA in 1995 as Vice President of Commercial Lines and was named President of the Colorado operation in 2000. In 2008, he was named President of IMA, Inc.

Bob is the Chairman of the Board of Warren Village, a non-profit organization serving single-parent families, and he served on the cabinet of the 2006 Mile High United Way campaign. He is a graduate of Leadership Denver and founder of the IMA Community Action Committee.



Rob Broz - President, IMA | Waldman Dallas Fort Worth 

Rob has more than 24 years of experience as a professional insurance broker and risk manager.

He has represented all major insurance carriers and he specializes in several areas of insurance for high growth companies including technology, life science, manufacturing, retail and service industries, mergers and acquisitions, international exposures and executive liability.

Prior to joining IMA, Inc., Rob was a Senior Vice President at USI Southwest, Inc. He holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Sandy Harvath - President: IMA, Denver

Sandy Harvath brings nearly 30 years of insurance experience as IMA of Colorado president and is responsible for the region’s overall performance.

Since joining IMA in 2003, Sandy's customer-first philosophy has helped grow the company into one of the largest insurance brokers in the country. Before moving to Colorado, she worked on the East Coast in risk control, underwriting and marketing with national and regional carriers.

Most recently, Sandy served as senior vice president of Commercial Lines for IMA's Colorado market.

Sandy is a Pennsylvania native and received a bachelor’s of science in Safety Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She's earned the professional designations of Associate Risk Management and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist and is a Certified Safety Professional.

Sandy thrives on the relationships built through her work and enjoys the ever-changing landscape of the insurance industry. In the community, Sandy volunteers for the Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies, regularly serves meals to low-income seniors at Volunteers of America and sits on the jobs committee for Arrupe Jesuit High School. 


John Kirke - President: IMA Benefits & Total Rewards

John Kirke joined IMA in 2006 and is the President of Benefits and Total Rewards with responsibility of IMA's employee benefit sales and client services in all IMA, Inc. markets.

John's career includes more than 25 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry.His experience in employee benefits and insurance ranges from founding a consulting company, national sales at a technology and insurance distribution company, and sales with a healthcare insurance company.

John is a graduate of Drake University’s College of Business and Public Administration with a degree in Finance and Insurance. John also serves as a national board member of The Council of Employee Benefits Executives as part of the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB). 


Patrick Lanning - President: IMA, Kansas City

Patrick Lanning joined IMA in 2007 and is president of IMA's Kansas City office. Patrick's 20 years of risk management experience offers clients a dedication to solution-oriented service.

Patrick brings a strong background in marketing and designing insurance programs that bring value to his clients. While he has mainly focused on the brokerage side of the business, he has also worked as an underwriter for a national insurance carrier. Additionally, he has worked with several national contractors managing their insurance needs.

Patrick is also one of IMA's resident experts on Controlled Insurance Programs, or Wrap-Up Insurance, for large construction projects that require many layers of contractors and subcontractors. He also helps clients design and implements Owner Controlled Insurance Programs and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs.

Patrick graduated from the University of Missouri of Kansas City with a bachelor’s in business administration and is involved with coaching youth sports and serving as a United Way Campaign Member.


Kyle Orndorff - President: IMA, Wichita

Kyle Orndorff is the IMA, Inc. Wichita Market President and has been with IMA for more than 13 years.

Since joining the company in 2004, Kyle's expertise has helped make the company one of the most successful of its kind in the country. His accomplishments include creating a work environment that was recognized by Fortune Magazine, establishing training programs to retain 97% of clients and managing talent that has helped IMA regularly outpace industry growth benchmarking.

Previous experience includes serving as Chief People Officer for the IMA Financial Group, Inc., IMA, Inc.'s parent company, and team cultivation at some of the country's most respected financial institutions.

Kyle received his bachelor's degree from Emporia State University and gives back to the Wichita community through giving and volunteer work.


Brian Sandy - President: Signature Select, LLC

Signature Select President Brian Sandy leads this multimillion-dollar personal and small-business insurance brokerage. Overseeing six markets across the country, Brian manages coverage responsibilities for high-net-worth individuals, property and casualty insurance for small businesses throughout the West and Midwest and the overall performance of this rapidly growing IMA subsidiary.

Prior to leading Signature Select, Brian managed the Special Risk division of IMA, including Alternative Risk and Captive Design, Program Management and TPA services, as well as the Global Risk, Cyber, Environmental and Executive Risk practices. In addition, Brian served as the director of Executive Risk Solutions providing oversight for the structuring and placement of executive and professional liability programs.

Brian began his insurance career with Aetna in 1989, and served as a branch manager of Commercial Executive Liability for Travelers in their Denver regional office before joining IMA in 2003. He is a graduate of the University of Denver, with a bachelor's degree in finance, and holds a designation as an Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonds. Brian is a frequent speaker on the topics of Executive and Professional Liability coverage for industry associations and boards, and is a past chairman of the Southwest PLUS Chapter Committee.

Community work is important to Brian. He serves on the City Year Denver Advisory Board, as well as the Warren Village Board of Trustees as their chairman and treasurer, and is a member of the Rocky Mountain YPO chapter. IMA's Colorado Community Action Committee is also fortunate to have him as their executive sponsor.



Erin Syring - Executive Vice President of Operations

IMA, Inc. Executive Vice President of Operations Erin Syring ensures superior client service and efficient allocation of expertise is distributed across IMA. Responsible for resources in Denver, Dallas, Kansas City and Wichita, Erin's oversight leads all IMA markets to capitalize on the company's many thought leaders.

Erin joined IMA in 2012, where her reputation as a trusted adviser for all matters related to insurance quickly led her to manage IMA commercial lines in Wichita and Kansas City. As an attorney with insurance litigation experience, Erin's expertise and legal background give her unique insight into the insurance industry.

Previously, Erin worked for a large national insurance carrier as well as in private practice. Erin earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law and earned a bachelor's of arts degree at Wichita State University.

Michael Waldman - Benefits Leader, IMA | Waldman Texas

Michael arrived at IMA | Waldman (formerly Waldman Bros.) in late 2003, with a focus on employee benefits planning and design for small, medium and large companies. Since he began working at IMA | Waldman, he has completed the National Alliance School for Producer Development, obtained his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation along with the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designations. In 2010, Waldman became a partner of Waldman Bros., as well as president of Employee Benefits. In May of 2016, Michael was named Executive Vice President of IMA Inc.'s expanded Benefits & Total Rewards division.

Michael's career has been characterized by a unique ability to think creatively as it pertains to employee benefits plans. He has been very successful in helping clients minimize benefits costs by implementing innovative plan designs that are beneficial to the employer and employee, while helping to reduce the overall claims exposure for his clients through a variety of initiatives. His primary goal is helping employers plan ahead by helping create a successful program that aids in attracting and retaining highly qualified talent for their organizations. He has also worked with carriers and providers to create state-of-the-art products to help manage benefits spending among clientele.

Michael loves spending time with his wife and three young children. He enjoys travel and is happy anywhere from the mountains to the beach. He is a tech junkie who also loves to sing and play the guitar and ukulele.



Stephen Waldman - President, IMA | Waldman Texas

Stephen A. Waldman received his BBA with a major in risk management and insurance from the University of Texas at Austin. In 1973, he joined Waldman Bros to specialize in commercial and personal property and casualty insurance. Today, Waldman currently serves as the company’s board chair and chief executive officer. During his tenure at Waldman Bros and with more than 40 years of experience, Waldman has developed unmatched skills in his area of expertise to become one of the most respected and knowledgeable property and casualty experts in the industry.

Waldman is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter with experience in personal lines, commercial casualty, commercial property, professional liability, executive suite products and insurance and financial services firm management.

An innovative thinker and great listener, Waldman is dedicated to nurturing long-term client relationships. As a result, he maintains a number of second and even third generation families among Waldman Bros' clientele. He routinely goes the extra mile to ensure clients receive a highly personalized level of care and, in turn, clients know they can rely on his wealth of experience to recommend the appropriate coverage or course of action.

With a passion for advancing the goals of numerous philanthropic organizations, Waldman takes an active role in the community. A past president of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, his community service has also included leadership roles with the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation, the Dallas Jewish Community Center, Congregation Shearith Israel, Texas Friends of Rabin Medical Center, the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and participation with the Lone Star Chapter of the National MS Society.

Waldman is the immediate past board chair of the Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance. In 2015, he received Dallas Business Journal's Outstanding Director Award as well as Business Council for the Arts’ Obelisk Award in the category of arts leadership in recognition of his great work with the Dallas Holocaust Museum and community involvement.
