Parker, Smith & Feek Hosts 2nd Annual “Putt-A-Palooza” to Support Pacific Northwest Nonprofits

Event raises more than $175k for youth-focused initiatives

(Bellevue, WA – August 23, 2024). Parker, Smith & Feek, an IMA Company, held its 2^nd annual “Putt-A-Palooza” fundraiser to benefit the IMA Foundation on August 22, 2024 at the Forum Social House (700 Bellevue Way) in Bellevue, Washington. Over 350 attendees were treated to delicious food, refreshing drinks, lively music, and an exciting putt-putt competition with all proceeds from the event supporting the IMA Foundation and charitable organizations in the Pacific Northwest community.

“We had such a tremendous response to the inaugural Putt-A-Palooza, and this year’s event will had an even bigger impact for worthy causes in the community we serve,” said John Feltz, President, Pacific Northwest with Parker, Smith & Feek. “We are honored to partner with the IMA Foundation to give back to youth-focused causes and excited to celebrate our associates, partners and clients to make a difference in the Pacific Northwest.”

This year’s event raised more than $175k from ticket sales and key sponsors, including Alaska National Insurance, CRC Group, Hanover Insurance Group, Cigna, Regence BlueShield and many more. All funds raised through this event will support the IMA Foundation, which provides grants to organizations that have a primary focus on advancing youth in areas including education, mental health, arts & culture, food insecurity and homelessness.

The IMA Foundation also honored two of this year’s grant recipients:

• Bellevue College Foundation: Established in 1978, the BC Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that receives and manages individual and institutional gifts, grants, scholarships and awards on behalf of Bellevue College.
• Eagles Nest Community Kitchen & Mobile Pantry: Kent, WA-based Eagle’s Nest Community Kitchen & Mobile Pantry combats food insecurity in King County by delivering culturally appropriate groceries directly to underserved communities. Their mobile pantry brings fresh produce, meat, and pantry staples straight to neighborhoods facing hunger.
