As President of IMA Carolinas, Rich brings more than 14 years of leadership and service within the organization.
I’m fortunate to work alongside great people, help build strong teams, and partner with businesses that value relationships. My career has included leadership roles as Executive Vice President of IMA Carolinas, Senior Vice President & Partner at ECM Solutions, with experience spanning commercial insurance, workers’ compensation, environmental liability, transportation, and complex risk management strategies. I have worked with organizations across a wide range of industries and held insurance licenses in more than 30 states.
Passionate about developing people, growing leaders, and creating an environment where talented professionals can do their best work (and occasionally enjoy it).
