As Westchester Market President at IMA Financial Group, Melissa is focused on driving strategic growth, strengthening client and carrier relationships, and developing high-performing teams. She assumed the role in January 2026 after serving four years as Commercial Lines Leader.
Throughout her career, Melissa has been dedicated to helping businesses navigate risk and protect what matters most. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in putting clients first, delivering exceptional service, and building strong partnerships that create long-term value. Prior to joining IMA, Melissa held increasingly senior roles at York International Agency, where she began her insurance career in 2011.
Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Thomas Aquinas College and is a graduate of the Duke University Executive Leadership Program. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
