As the Washington Market President at IMA Financial Group, Karen is dedicated to driving strategic growth and fostering client relationships within the Pacific Northwest. Karen joined IMA in 2020 and previously led the Employee Benefits Practice for the region.

Throughout her career, Karen has focused on consulting for large employers in her community, ensuring profitability and growth and building high-performing teams. Prior to joining IMA, Karen spent 10 years at a national broker firm in Seattle, WA.

Karen is a proud graduate of Washington State University and the Duke Executive Leadership program.  She lives in Washington with her husband and two children.
