Jason is the VP – Complex Risk for IMA Financial Group, the 3rd largest privately held insurance broker in the United States, specializing in the areas of Advanced Industries, Executive Risk and Real Estate and Construction Risk Management. Co-Founder of the Corporate Counsel Risk Services specialty practice group within IMA, Jason’s background as a practicing attorney for over 20 years informs his insurance and risk management practice and allows him to bring a unique perspective to complex risk issues.
Jason received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. He later attended the University of Denver, attaining a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Business Administration.
His unique skills revolve around a depth of awareness in varied situations. Jason’s educational, career and life experiences allow him to see patterns where others don’t.
