Boothroyd

Greg Boothroyd serves as Chief People Officer of the IMA Financial Group. He joined the company in 2025 from Vail Resorts and brings more than 15 years of human resources experience across multiple industries and leadership positions. At Vail Resorts, he served as Vice President of HR and Chief of Staff to the CEO and played a pivotal role in expanding and integrating the company’s growing network of resorts and employees, through acquisitions, redesigning Vail Resorts’ talent acquisition program, and launching workforce management.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, earning both an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a BA in Sociology.
