George has been with IMA since 2007 and has been a licensed attorney since 2005. Prior to joining IMA, George practiced at a litigation firm in Dallas, where he handled a diverse range of cases in the areas of contract law, construction law, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, family law, and personal injury. As Contract Administrator, George provides unique and valuable services to IMA’s clients by consulting in the area of contractual risk transfer. He regularly reviews construction contracts, management agreements, property leases and various other proposed contracts with a concentrated focus on insurance requirements, indemnity provisions and other risk transfer issues. George’s litigation background provides a unique perspective and realization that most conflicts, and the associated costs thereof, can be avoided or minimized through the use of thorough and attentive contract drafting practices.
