Executive Vice President, Sales Operations
Christin White joined IMA in 2017 and is currently Executive Vice President of Sales Operations. She is responsible for aligning sales processes, technology, producer compensation, and data analytics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency, and is passionate about fostering collaboration across departments, supporting a unified culture of ONE IMA.
Before her time in Sales Operations, Christin previously held the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Business Partnership at IMA, leading HR strategies during a period of rapid growth fueled by both organic and inorganic expansion. She spearheaded compliance initiatives and managed integrations of new partners joining the organization.
With over 20 years of experience spanning human resources, sales, and business partnership roles, Christin is passionate about cultivating talent and aligning business strategy with company culture to drive sustainable growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Kansas State University.
A native of Wichita, Kansas, Christin was raised alongside her three brothers in a family of devoted K-State fans. She is married to her husband, Aaron, an Army veteran also from Wichita, and together they have two children, Connor and Adelyn.
