MATT BAUER
President, Connecticut
In 2023, Matt Bauer joined IMA through their partnership with Sinclair Insurance Group (SIG) and currently serves as the President of Connecticut. Matt focuses on leadership, sales, recruitment, and client experience.
Matt began his insurance career in 2004 with SIG, where he started to build out their benefits practice.
Over the years, he has been instrumental in providing custom solutions to help clients attract and retain top-tier talent.
Outside the office, he has served on many non-profit boards and is a volunteer youth soccer coach. Matt graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Marketing and Management Information Systems degree. He lives in Madison, Connecticut, with his wife and three children.
