MA Annual HIRD Reporting Due December 15

Each year, employers with six or more employees in MA any of the last 12 months must provide a Health Insurance Responsibility Disclosure (HIRD) form to the state of Massachusetts by December 15. MA provides a set of FAQs with details employers need to know.
