As a natural progression of this collaboration, we’re taking the next step: transitioning to one brand – IMA.
IMA Connecticut, formerly known as Sinclair Risk & Financial Management, was founded in 1971 by David Sinclair and is proudly headquartered in Wallingford. For over five decades, we’ve distinguished ourselves through a dedicated focus on risk management, loss control, claims management, financial consulting, and human resource solutions.
In August 2023, we partnered with IMA Financial Group expanding our capabilities to a national scale while maintaining the same local, hands-on service our clients have always valued. This partnership allows us to stay at the forefront of industry innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technology and broadened carrier relationships to deliver even greater value and insight to the clients we serve.
We have streamlined our operations and further integrated our teams, but it’s important to note that:
- Your dedicated service team and existing insurance program will remain unchanged. You’ll continue to receive the same high-quality service you’ve come to expect from Sinclair.
- Our email addresses will change to IMA addresses, however, any emails sent to our existing Sinclair addresses will continue to automatically forward to us. All our phone numbers will remain unchanged.
- Future invoices and billings will provide all necessary information about legal entities and banking detail changes as they occur.
