Role Description
Leads enterprise‑level, high‑visibility client engagements with complex funding and service models. This role serves as a trusted executive advisor, drives business development, and leads teams or initiatives with significant market or enterprise impact.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
- Book of Business: Oversight of highly complex, high-revenue, high-visibility book with enterprise-level clients, often with complex funding models and custom service structures that require very high service intensity and deep strategic engagement.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders and is an expert in the client lifecycle process.
- Drives business development and prospect strategy as a subject matter expert serving the Employee Benefits department.
- Maintains networking with carriers and clients.
- Shapes and influences market‑level and enterprise‑level benefits strategy.
- Coaches, mentors, and develops staff and ensures team members receive support needed to grow.

Qualifications
- Active Life & Health License
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Technical application skills: Advanced Excel, expert level fluency in self-funding, captives and alternative funding strategies
- Market facing subject matter expert; ability to inform strategy through deep industry insight
