What You'll Do

  • Build IMA’s internal and external brand through IMA’s community involvement
  • Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.

Community Relations

  • Leads organization of I Make a Difference Day (annual corporate day of service) and the annual IMA Giving Campaign
  • Leads Difference Maker and Green Team volunteer committee chairs to organize local and company-wide giving and volunteering opportunities
  • Responsible for procurement of merchandise and materials for CSR activities
  • Manages process for the annual Difference Maker Award
  • Works with Creative team to ensure design of all graphics related to community activities
  • Serves as administrator for YourCause and responds to employee questions
  • Responds to nonprofit inquiries for volunteerism and sponsorships
  • Coordinates with Communications and Marketing teams to integrate CSR data into internal and external resources and stories
  • Identifies and supports writing of award nominations related to IMA’s CSR activities
  • Lead design and content creation efforts for annual purpose report
  • Provides administrative support to all CSR activities
  • Supports SVP of Purpose

IMA Foundation

  • Supports volunteer leaders of IMA Foundation’s fundraising events
  • Serve as administrator of YourCause including:
    • Grants through GrantsConnect
    • CSR Connect
      • Dollars for Doers program
      • Matching Gifts program
    • Schedule, make arrangements and prepare materials for IMA Foundation board and committee meetings
    • Responds to inquiries from nonprofits re: funding
    • Update IMA Foundation website as needed
    • Supports President of IMA Foundation
    • Other duties as assigned

You Should Have

  • 2 - 4 years of communications, event planning, or communications experience
  • Strong experience in MS Office suite products
  • WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Limited travel required (less than 50%)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

 

Salary Range
$55,000—$60,000 USD
