Dan joined IMA to add to our expertise in the M&A / Transactional Liability space. He brings a wealth of experience working with leading law firms and Private Equity firms on transactional liability and other M&A related insurance solutions. Dan is responsible for assisting clients with due diligence, negotiation and placement of all Transactional Liability insurance solutions at IMA, including Representations & Warranties insurance, Tax Indemnity/Liability insurance and Loss Mitigation insurance programs. Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science from Manhattanville College, and his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law.
