President, Northeast Region

Mike Bodack serves as President, Northeast Region for IMA, where he leads regional strategy, growth, and integration across a dynamic and expanding footprint. Mike joined IMA in 2022 when York International partnered with the firm, and he now oversees both market development, sales and strategic initiatives across the Northeast.

Mike’s career in insurance and risk management began with the founding of Sequoia Financial Partners, which later merged with York International. He subsequently continued at York, ultimately playing an integral role in its partnership with IMA and the evolution of the business. Mike is deeply committed to the recruitment, development, and mentorship of emerging leaders and revenue drivers across the organization.

Beyond his leadership at IMA, Mike is actively involved in the nonprofit community. He serves as a Board Member of the Gates of Israel Foundation, where he contributes to philanthropic strategy and community impact initiatives, and as a Board Member of the Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms, supporting efforts to advance awareness and treatment modalities in neuroplastic health.

In addition, Mike is also an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), previously chairing the NJ Chapter, the Northeastern (U.S.) Regional Executive Committee and participating on the Global Chapters and Regions Committee.

Mike was named one of The Business Council of Westchester’s “Rising Stars 40 Under 40” in 2010. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and has earned the CLU, CHFC, REBC, and RHU designations from The American College.

He lives in Millburn and Asbury Park, NJ with his wife, Sarah, and their two sons.
