• Your dedicated service team and existing insurance program will remain unchanged. You’ll continue to receive the same high-quality service you’ve come to expect from JRW Associates, Inc.
• Our email addresses will change to IMA addresses, however, any emails sent to our existing JRW Associates, Inc. addresses will continue to automatically forward to us. All our phone numbers will remain unchanged.
• Future invoices and billings will provide all necessary information about legal entities and banking detail changes as they occur.
