Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Cultivate it.
Embrace it.

At IMA, our journey toward advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is deeply rooted in who we are and the organization we’ve built.

Equity is a core value. Today, this means encouraging open conversation, hiring diverse talent and continually learning from one another.

Our DEI Mission

IMA will cultivate and embrace IMA’s diverse and inclusive culture as we work to protect assets and make a difference for our associates, clients and communities.

Our DEI Vision

IMA will celebrate the unique backgrounds of IMA associates and clients to establish an inclusive culture and create an unbridled difference in our community.

We’re committed to creating an equitable, diverse, and inclusive work space.

We seek to be a leader in progressing this important work for the betterment of our clients, associates and communities.
