Since 1987, we are delivering business, employee benefits, personal, and captive insurance. Now, as part of IMA, we’re positioned to bring even greater strength and resources to our clients, while staying rooted in the same trusted relationships that define our work.
We have streamlined our operations and further integrated our teams, but it’s important to note that
- Your dedicated service team and existing insurance program will remain unchanged. You’ll continue to receive the same high-quality service you’ve come to expect from ECM Solutions.
- Our email addresses will change to IMA addresses, however, any emails sent to our existing ECM Solutions addresses will continue to automatically forward to us. All our phone numbers will remain unchanged.
- Future invoices and billings will provide all necessary information about legal entities and banking detail changes as they occur.
