What You'll Do
Interact professionally and timely with our sales team via email and phone
Collaborate with the RFP, design, sales, and marketing teams
Edit and work with design teams to deliver the finalized proposal document, communicating the proposal in various ways, including PDF, Word documents, and microsites
Collaborate with subject-matter experts across all functions (IT, HR, Operations, etc.) to create new content and maintain current content to support the responses delivered and ensures that descriptions and other materials used for RFPs are up to date and accurate
Utilize the content provided from subject-matter experts to update and maintain stored data for future usage and communications
Communicate progress of the RFP to those involved, including those involved in the approval process (Regional sales leadership, sales managers, etc. if needed)
Responsible for continuously enhancing current RFP language to strengthen RFP responses
Continuously organize and update shared RFP spreadsheet
Participate in weekly team meetings to review weekly/monthly RFP workload
Proofread RFPs checking for consistency, spelling, grammar and use of correct content
Differentiate use of RFP content for Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, and Retirement services
Follow established company guidelines, vision, and financial outline for completing proposals
Establish a project plan and manage RFP timelines ensuring that proposals meet submission requirements and are properly delivered in a designated timeframe
Responsible for continuous improvement of the RFP process to best serve business partners
Follow revenue guidelines for RFPs and custom projects
Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently should problems arise
Additional tasks and duties as needed

You Should Have
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with RFPs or project management or similar functions
Experience working within a CRM as well as experience coordinating RFP responses and sales proposals is preferred
Strong computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Must be able to work and communicate professionally with a variety of internal clients, under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects
