Towerstone Expands National Presence Through Gremesco Partnership

Connecticut-based wholesale broker brings local market expertise and strengthens brokerage and binding segments

(Denver – February 13, 2026) Towerstone, the Dallas-based wholesale insurance division of IMA Financial Group, announced today that it has acquired Gremesco, a wholesale broker based in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Gremesco has delivered diversified wholesale insurance solutions for more than 40 years, serving a wide range of businesses and contractors. The acquisition advances Towerstone’s growth strategy and enhances its national specialty wholesale platform.

Gremesco will retain its local identity and leadership and continue to operate from the company’s Bridgeport office. Its employees will become associates of IMA Financial Group, recently named to Business Insurance’s Best Places to Work.
