Suzanne van Staveren serves as Chief Financial Officer of IMA Financial Group. She joined the company in 2026 and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, along with a proven track record of growing and building organizations both organically and inorganically.
Before joining IMA Financial Group, she worked extensively in the financial services industry, spanning both wealth planning and workplace sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Edelman Financial Engines. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer of the Personal Financial Management Group within Goldman Sachs and also led Ayco’s Sales Strategy and Execution, as well as the Corporate Benefits Specialists teams. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer of the Americas institutional business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
