Steve serves as Executive Vice President, Sales Operations at IMA Financial Group.  Steve joined IMA in 2022 with responsibility for leading all operational aspects of the sales organization including revenue enablement, producer development, sales tools & systems, sales compensation, and reporting/analytics.  Before joining IMA, Steve held several senior leadership positions in the telecommunications, retail, and technology industries. With a leadership background in finance, operations, sales, marketing, and human resources, Steve has a proven track record of business success.  Steve holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of La Verne and a masters degree in business administration from Pepperdine University. Steve has also served as an advisory member and program advisor for the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business, customer experience program.    

Steve is active both in the community and personally.  Steve currently supports IMA Foundation events, a local animal rescue, and the cycling community.  Since moving to the Denver area in 2014, Steve has spent time with the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies on a part time basis in guest relations.  Most recently, Steve volunteered for the US Amateur Golf Tournament held at Cherry Hills Country Club and will also serve at the BMW Championship in August at Castle Pines. Steve lives in the Denver area with his wife Stacy and has two children.  In his spare time Steve enjoys cycling and events such as Ragbri and is also a pickleball enthusiast.
