Jordyn Arons serves as the DFW Market President and National Practice Director for Private Equity & M&A at IMA Financial Group. With over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jordyn leads the strategic direction and operational execution of IMA’s DFW market—currently a $25 million market serving a diverse range of industry sectors across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin. Her leadership spans both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and associate experiences, driving revenue growth, and fostering collaboration across the enterprise.
In her role as IMA’s National Private Equity and M&A Specialty Practice Leader, Jordyn oversees the development and delivery of IMA’s M&A solutions, supporting clients and colleagues across all areas of the business, including Property & Casualty, Health & Welfare, Retirement, Executive Benefits, and Financial Due Diligence. Under her guidance, the Private Equity & M&A practice has experienced significant growth and expansion nationwide.
Jordyn is actively engaged in her community, serving on the IMA Foundation Board and the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation’s Southeast Division Board. She volunteers weekly with Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship and is a proud member of the Junior League of Dallas.
