Jacqueline Roth has over two decades of business development experience, having worked in the insurance industry since 2009. As President of IMA’s Employee Benefits division, she leads brokers and teams to deliver innovative solutions.
She serves on the CIAB Board and chaired CouncilPAC, CIAB’s fundraising committee. Previously, she served six years on CIAB’s Employee Benefits advisory board. Roth was one of the founding leaders of IMA’s Women’s Network+ ARG and is a member of YPO Pasadena.
Recognized by Insurance Business Journal’s Hot 100, LA Business Journal’s Women to Watch, and winner of Bolton & Company’s Jim Bolton and Bill Bolton awards recognizing highest production and difference makers in the industry, she is also a frequent speaker on leadership, change management, motivation, and employer-sponsored health insurance. She holds a BA in Communication from Azusa Pacific University.
