+ Coverage includes a discovery trigger allowing the Insured to initiate coverage for sudden pollution conditions at a job site.
+ Broad coverage including bodily injury, property damage, remediation costs and associated legal defense costs from pollution condition arising out of the performance of covered operations by or on behalf of the Insured.
+ Coverage is available on a claims-made or occurrence basis.
