KYLE H. ORNDORFF
President, Central
Kyle Orndorff is the president of IMA, Inc.’s Central Region and has been with IMA for more almost 20 years.
Since joining the company in 2004, Kyle’s expertise has helped make the company one of the most successful of its kind in the country. His accomplishments include creating a work environment that was recognized by Fortune Magazine, establishing training programs to retain 97% of clients and managing talent that has helped IMA regularly outpace industry growth benchmarking.
Previous experience includes serving as Chief People Officer for the IMA Financial Group, Inc., IMA, Inc.’s parent company, Wichita Market President, President of Retail Operations and team cultivation at some of the country’s most respected financial institutions.
Kyle received his bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University and gives back to the Wichita community through giving and volunteer work.
