Bobbi McPherson serves as the Chief People Officer for IMA Financial Group. Bobbi draws upon her extensive experience in providing leadership to Human Resources professionals responsible for supporting associates and leaders while ensuring the best programs and services are in place to attract and retain the top talent in every facet of the organization. Bobbi is a proven transformational leader adept at building high performing teams, leading organizations through growth, and strengthening organizational cultures aimed at creating work environments that are nimble, supportive, inclusive, rewarding and engaging for all associates.

She is a proven leader in the HR function and has worked in publicly traded, private, nonprofit and private equity-backed organizations – all in high touch service industries where people and their relationship to the clients are a differentiating factor, including most recently at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Two Roads Hospitality, and Intrawest.

Bobbi also has a passion for paying it forward and advancing gender, diversity, and equity goals through her leadership coaching practice centered on the continued growth, development, and inclusion of women leaders in all walks of life.

She lives in Denver, CO, and earned her master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
