WADA response to Richardson suspension, color remediation column technology and more

The Cannabis Freedom Alliance is a newly formed bipartisan coalition. Frustrated with the Biden Administration’s lack of progress in legalizing marijuana at the federal level, the CFA’s goal is to resolve current conflicts between federal and state laws by removing marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act.

SOCIAL:

In response to the suspension of U. S. runner Sha’Carri Richardson for a positive cannabis test, the World Anti-Doping Agency made clear that the U.S. has been vocally supportive of keeping marijuana on the prohibited substances list.

LEGAL:

A 10-day sting operation on Southern California’s illicit cannabis operations resulted in $1.2 billion seized in harvest and plants and 131 arrests. Most of the arrested were undocumented and connected to international drug trafficking, water theft and environmental harm.
