Essential Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide administrative support across all stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR platforms.
• Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports that support daily operations across the business.
• Support HR workflows and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Experience and Skills include but are not limited to:
• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for interpreting data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Enthusiastic adopter of AI with the curiosity and know‑how to explore new tools and apply them effectively.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and grow.
