Job Overview

 

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our insurance agency. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage recommendations.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best possible coverage for clients.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate policy renewals.
  • Responsible for Client Account Receivables
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve retention targets and contribute to the agency's growth and profitability.
  • Support new client sales by joining meetings, handling marketing submissions, and team presentations.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Valid insurance license, Property & Casualty is required.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced insurance agency environment.
  • Advanced certifications such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM.
  • Knowledge of local and state insurance regulations.
