Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
- Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
- Assists in preparing and reconciling premium allocations and renewal/mid-term invoices with minimal guidance
- Creates renewal and mid-term endorsement and payment trackers for monitoring of receivables and payables
- Prepares premium finance quotes, as needed
- Prepares and distributes monthly aged receivable reports to all service team members, including any item details
- Advises AE and CLL of all outstanding payments beyond 30 days to elevate reconciliation in a timely manner
- Acts as liaison between Accounting and department team members to facilitate efficient and expedient funds to/from clients/carriers
- Coordinates with Accounting to monitor receivables and payables to ensure funds are handled in a timely manner
- Audits Fee Agreements and commission to ensure compliance
- Utilizes AMS and other automation resources to provide maximum efficiency
- Executes other duties, as determined and assigned
Required Experience and Skills include but are not limited to:
- 0 to 3 years of similar or related experience required
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry required, preferably specializing in Real Estate or similar accounts
- Systems skills – EPIC; Outlook preferred
- Proficient with Excel spreadsheets and formulas required
- Strong fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Travel - Limited travel required (less than 25%)
