What You'll Do
- Help maintain the IMA compliance deliverable standard throughout all U.S. markets by educating our internal stakeholders
- Build and improve IMA compliance brand in all U.S. markets to bolster networking opportunities
- Responsible for client facing activities as necessary, to include answering compliance questions and conducting compliance checklist reviews
- Work closely with IMA teams to manage compliance-related activities
- Work with Compliance Practice Leader to implement processes to help markets build a compliance deliverable
- Provide guidance to IMA teams and clients, as needed
- Assist in identifying areas needing improvement and partner with market leaders to implement new workflows, as necessary
- Work with Marketing to ensure IMA compliance content is uploaded to internal sites
- Lead initiatives to bolster the IMA Mineral platform as directed by the Compliance Practice Leader
- Stay up to date with Mineral products and services
- Monitor relevant statutes and regulations
- Collaborate with National Compliance Leader to develop strategies or processes to attract new business
- Support the Compliance team on overflow projects as necessary which might include authoring blogs, developing video content, and creating scripts for content
- Answer compliance questions both internal and external, as necessary
- Organize internal sites to keep all information updated
You Should Have
- Minimum 5 years of EB experience within the retail insurance brokerage industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to learn and work in agency/client management systems and other related software and technology platforms
- Attain and maintain state life and health license in accordance with IMA standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and solve complex scenarios
- Passion for learning and teaching others
- Intermediate organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects with variable deadlines
- Possesses high degree of diplomacy and tact while maintaining confidentially
