IMA Financial Group's Corporate Human Resources team is seeking a Talent Acquisition to join our group! The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is critical to the successful execution of IMA’s Talent Acquisition strategy. They directly contribute to the TA’s operational excellence and ability to offer a best-in-class candidate experience while ensuring integrity of IMA’s hiring policies. A successful applicant must be professional, have effective communication and interpersonal skills, be technologically savvy and adaptable. This position is eligible for hybrid work!
Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values

- Approach challenges creatively with a variety of possible solutions when standard efforts aren’t effective
Recruiting Support
- Prepare consistent offer templates and execute offer letters for all internal and external associates in a timely manner, consulting with recruiters and HRBPs as needed
- In partnership with TA team, identify recruiting support needs and implement solutions
- With some direction from the TA Director, coordinate the candidate experience at all stages of the process through written and verbal communication, email, calendaring, and dispositioning candidates appropriately in Greenhouse, the IMA Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Promptly troubleshoot error reports from Greenhouse by coordinating with payroll, HRIS, and the HR service center as needed
- Arrange occasional IMA Leadership interviews by coordinating schedules
- Assist recruiting team through career fair activity, annual intern screening, and initial hiring manager interviews
- Support the summer internship program by conducting data gathering, recruiting, and onboarding activities.
- Revise the Talent Acquisition pages on IMA Central to ensure they contain up-to-date information and resources, and update the Talent Acquisition Teams channel as needed
- Enhance the overall efficiency of the TA team through special project work, support in creating presentations and taking an active role in identifying opportunities
- Generate regular and ad hoc reporting through MS Excel, IMA’s ATS and other available data sources including monthly TA report
Employment Branding & Social Media
- Assist with employment branding language to support DEI through ATS communication templates
- In partnership with Communications team, design and execute social media campaigns in LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, and other platforms
- In partnership with Marketing and Communications teams, create and procure collateral and swag for career fairs
Onboarding
- Suggest solutions for streamlining processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and allowing better attraction of candidates to IMA
- Work closely with HR service center teammates to provide efficiencies between new hire offer acceptance and onboarding
- Support compliance by assisting in the creation & maintenance of processes for state-specific offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding requirements
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation and attending required compliance training
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 2 - 3 years of related experience required
- Experience in a professional services environment or within a recruiting department, with a demonstrated ability to navigate past faced environments and pivot to additional tasks in a timely manner, is highly preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Strong ability to effectively interact with technology, including applicant tracking systems, and quickly pick up new processes, procedures, software packages, and applications
- Strong MS Office skillset with at least a firm grasp of the intermediate functions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS
- Proficient in engaging with all levels of current and potential IMA Associates through in-person meetings, phone and video calls, and email communication
- Professional presentation, reflective of IMA’s values and act as an ambassador of IMA’s brand
- Ability to consistently generate effective and appropriate professional correspondence
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound judgment, maturity, and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
