Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage existing client relationships with moderate guidance by processing client requests, resolving client inquiries, and make sure key client information is up to date.
  • Demonstrate Proactive solutions-based approach to enhancing client relations
  • Onboard new clients by collecting client data, financial statements, and training on digital tools
  • Drive client retention by proactively reaching out to clients and documenting follow up
  • Promote new products and services to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with an investment team and Wealth Management Advisors to provide a consistent client experience
  • Perform administrative duties that support the Wealth Management Advisor including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, and business travel.
  • Engage in available training and educational opportunities to stay current on policies and procedures

Required Experience and Skills include but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of similar or related experience preferred
  • Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 65.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Intermediate Microsoft 365 suite required.
