Please see the attached regulatory Notice issued by New York regarding a Moratorium on Cancellations, NonRenewals and Late Payment Penalties that apply to an individual, certain small businesses (defined in the Order as “any business that is resident in New York, is independently owned and operated, and employs one hundred or fewer individuals) and certain group insurance policy/group policyholder or certificate holders, and for a defined group of insurance policies.
IMA is reviewing whether or not this Order applies to your policies placed by IMA; however, to assure you are fully aware of all possible relief available we are sending this Notice and encourage your review of its applicability to your insurance policies.
