Please submit your presentation to bailey.beins@imacorp.com by no later than April 18, 2019. All presentations must be in their final format upon submission. Your presentation will be loaded in your presentation room prior to your arrival on Summit day, but please bring a backup USB of your presentation as well. Please also be aware that we plan to share your presentation with Summit attendees following the event.

The IMA Benefits Summit is being held on May 2^nd, 2019 at Mile High Stadium starting at 8 am – home of the Denver Broncos! Your specific start time may vary, so please make contact with your speaker liaison prior to the event.

The Stadium, although in the heart of the City, is not located near many hotels. Therefore, we recommend a few in Downtown Denver that are about a $10 Uber ride from Mile High Stadium:

Speaker Dinner

May 1^st, 2019 | 6 pm – 9 pm

We will be hosting a dinner for our speakers the night before to show our appreciation of your participation in our event.  The dinner will be hosted at Osteria Marco, located in Downtown Denver on historic Larimer Square. Upon arrival at the restaurant, please let the hostess know you are here for the IMA event.  Attire is Business casual.

We truly value your participation in the IMA Benefits summit.  As a speaker not located in Colorado, we are happy to cover up to $1,200 of our travel fee’s per speaker.
