Britt began her career at IMA in 1996 as an Account Manager. After moving to IMA’s restaurant team, she advanced to an Account Executive role working primarily on accounts within the restaurant franchise program. Britt joined IMA Select in 2010 as a Client Advisor and Business Lines Team Leader.  She currently serves as the Market Manager for both business and personal protection service teams in Wichita and Emporia, KS.  Britt also manages day-to-day carrier relations and strategic partnerships for the benefit of IMA Select clients.

Britt is a graduate of Friends University, Wichita, KS, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has earned her Associate in Commercial Underwriting designation.  In her spare time, Britt enjoys spending time with her family, as well as traveling, running and volunteering at a local animal rescue organization.
