What to expect

Many companies commit to risks without even knowing it when signing on the dotted line. Not understanding the obligations could subject your organization to uninsurable exposures.

Learn key strategies in transferring risk through insurance and contractual obligations and how IMA’s unique contract review team can save your company legal costs, defer potential exposures and ultimately protect your balance sheet. The presentation will touch on the methods of insurance used to transfer risk including but not limited to requiring appropriate insurance, evidence of coverage and additional insured endorsements. Furthermore, the presentation will examine other means of reduction of risk exposure through indemnification obligations, waivers, and other contractual language.
